Jerry Dean Collins passed away peacefully at the age of 71 on October 5, 2023.  She leaves to cherish her love and memories to her husband Fred Collins Sr., two daughters Latita Collins and Tameron Collins, two sons Darrick and Fred Collins Jr., six granddaughters, two grandsons, two great grand daughters, two great great grand children, two brothers Donald and James Poledore, one aunt Josie Cage, one niece Martina Rowe and a host of cousins, relatives and friends.

Visitation and Funeral Services will be entrusted to Hall Davis of Port Allen 1160 Louisiana Avenue Port Allen, LA 70767  on Saturday October 14, 2023.  Visitation:  10:00am-11:00am and Funeral: 11:00am. Officiating: Pastor Garrett Brown; Interment: Mount Zion River Lake Cemetery Oscar, Louisiana.
