He leaves behind his beautiful daughter, Kennedy Jardine of Riverside. His parents, John and Michelle De Mott (Muskogee, Oklahoma), Brother Alan De Mott (Muskogee, Oklahoma), Sister, Jessica De Mott and Niece, Koraline Rowan (Muskogee, Oklahoma).
Grandfather, Alan Beals (Riverside, CA), Grandmother, Connie Mayfield (Riverside, CA), Grandmother, Marion De Mott (Michigan),Grandmother, Candida Carral, (San Diego, CA), Aunt Cassie Barr (Dave) and Cousin, Philip (Oakland, CA), Uncle Jean-Dor Dormevil of San Diego. Cousin Jason Buzbee of Las Vegas.
Very special friends, Kimberly Jardine, Sara and Josh Vega.
Jerry was preceded in death by his Grandfather, Charles De Mott, Uncle Charles De Mott and Aunt Debra Whittington- De Mott.
You are always loved and will be missed by all those who you touched.
