I miss you Jake. My friend who always reassurd me I had it in me to be better to live better. You seen it way before I did. I love you for that. Everytime I hear a bike I think of you EVERYTIME. LOVE YOU ALWAYS 😘

So many stories in such a short time. The hurricane they had last year after you got home from the hospital. No electricity and couldn't move out the bed hardly, you and I had no choice but to be nice to each other. Those few days are just some of my favorite.
I miss the singing, never knew the lyrics but always sang the song.
Always losing stuff but always right where you placed it.
Countless times spray painting your bike.
So many more. I love you so much, forever was supposed to last longer.

You won't hear me ever talk much about memories with "Jroc", because I didn't know that guy so well. Now Jake, on the other hand, I have many over the course of 30+ years. One example of my memories with Jake was his first time in work release & he was hanging off the back of a garbage truck when he yelled my name across the street. Then he yelled for my address, which I figured no way would he remember the address and doubtful he will write a letter. Well, about a week or so later, in my mailbox was a letter from him that also had a money order for $100 inside just cuz he wanted to help me out. That is who Jake was.
