I just found out out about Jeri’s passing. We were tennis buddies and friends in La Quinta. We’d go for long walks and talk of life, love, her kids, her hopes. I’d hear about Buster and how much she missed him. We talked about very real things and I admired her vulnerability, her resilience, her heart. She cared so much for people and I wish I’d been able to see her this year to connect in person and give her hugs and care. She so deserved them. Jeri I hope you are at peace. That you know and feel the love that is here for you.
I had the pleasure of spending time with Jeri and Buster and her family at Jimmy's wedding celebrations. Jeri wore her gleaming smile in the presence of any and all challenges she faced. She spoke lovingly and expressed gratefulness for her family and her beloved dog Buster. Her positive outlook was contagious and will be greatly missed!
Sean & Katie--my deepest condolences for the passing of your Mom. In my conversations with her she only had wonderful things to say about you both. She was always so proud of you guys! It was such a pleasure to have been her friend. I'm pretty sure she and Buster are happy hanging out again!
Sean and Katie, you don’t know me but I went to Brookstone and Darlington with Jeri. Lots of fun memories! She was always friendly, happy, joyful, adventurous and willing to try anything once. She was a go-getter even back then. Sadly, we lost touch after graduation, going our separate ways and lives. I’m so sorry to hear of her passing. Your memories will comfort you in the weeks/months/years ahead. I’m out of town this week/weekend but will be thinking of y’all and her, during her Memorial Service.
Sean and Katie I was so sorry to hear about your Mom. So many Atlanta memories. We had so much fun. She took such good care of Kaleigh. I couldn’t of thanked her enough. She will be missed. I wish we could of gotten together more often after your family’s move to Columbus. I hope all of your family find comfort knowing your Mom was one of a kind. I loved being around her. Love, Roxanne Weatherly.
Katie and Sean, I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom was a good friend, a fun person, and she will be forever missed. I will never forget her. I am so sorry you and your family are going through this. Hayden, Seth and I send our condolences to you and your family. Love and prayers to you all.
