Background
Jeremy Lewis unexpectedly passed away on April 28, 2022. To say that we are shocked is an understatement and unfortunately we are not prepared to pay for funeral services and cremation at this time. Jeremy prided himself in being witty and jokester of the family. He was smart; a naturalistic learner of all trades and loved by most. If you knew Jeremy you knew that he was a proud father of two daughters, Hayli and Alexis Marie. Both are smart and outgoing and both plan to per-sue careers in the medical field. We are raising money to assist with unexpected funeral costs, services, travel and time Hayli has taken away from work and college. I’m overwhelmed by the support shown so far and can’t thank you all enough for helping our family during this time.
