Jeremy's obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeremy "Big Red" Kenny, a man of big heart, big love, and big personality. Born on April 14, 1980, his journey on this earth came to an end on February 12, 2026. He was known to many as "Big Red".
Jeremy lived a fulfilling life, strongly rooted in family and friendship. He is survived by his beloved wife, Meghann Kenny; his mother, who was also his best friend, Jeannie Stewart; his brother, Justin Kenny; his step-children Christian Land; Audrey Land and Beau Lawrence; He embraced them all with unconditional love, one of the greatest lessons he shared with those around him.
Beyond his role in the family, Jeremy was an individual of many passions. He savored a vast variety of foods - "he loved everything," as we fondly recall. Unsweetened iced tea and strawberry lemonade, were among his favorite drinks. He found comfort in the scriptures of the Bible and he loved the tunes of Pantera, Alice in Chains, and Audioslave. Television series like Ridiculousness, and Guys Grocery Games brought him laughter. And he loved the timeless films "Godfather", "Scarface" and "Pretty Woman".
Jeremy was a fan of the LA Dodgers, KC Chiefs and LA Lakers. The color Red was his favorite mirroring the warmth he exuded. He cherished his time with his family.
A Celebration of Life for Jeremy is planned to be held on May 2, 2026, at 11am at Love of Christ Community Church, 43640 Burr St. Indio CA. The man, the legend that Jeremy was, has left behind a legacy of love that will continue to inspire and guide us. He loved with all his heart and embraced everyone with open arms, embodying the belief that he never met a stranger.

The world has lost a remarkable soul whose life was an embodiment of devotion and passion. He will be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched. We love you forever, Jeremy.
