Jeremy's obituary
Jeremy Alan Gill, age 24, of Hamilton, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 2nd, 2024. Jeremy was born on August 10, 1999 to his loving and devoted parents Mary Weiland and Rick Gill.
Family meant everything to Jeremy. He was a wonderful son and brother. Jeremy had a big heart and was always good for a laugh. He was kind and generous, and would give anyone the shirt off of his back, even if it meant he would not have one for himself. He loved all types of music and some of his favorites included Alice in Chains and Pink Floyd. He loved to cook and create his own recipes, playing video games, and teaching his children about anything and everything. He was adventurous and enjoyed being outdoors with his children. His passion in life was being a father to his two children, Nicholas and Jasper.
Jeremy is survived by: his two children Nicholas Keller and Jasper Alan Gill, the mother of his children, Caitlin Webb; his loving parents, Mary Weiland and Rick Gill; his sister Nikki (Stephen) Spurlock, his nephew Braylen Jackson, and niece Ariana Jackson; his first best friend and cousin, Sam (Liz) Weiland; and little cousin Sydney Reno.
He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles that cared for him deeply. On Jeremy’s mother’s side, he is survived by; his Aunt Lita Weiland (Tony) Nussbaum. On his father’s side, he is survived by his aunts and uncles: Robert (Barb) Gill, Linda (Chuck) Rosenbalm, Ronnie (Brenda) Gill, Kim (Kyle) Gill, Kathy (Donald) Campbell, and numerous cousins.
Jeremy was preceded in death by: maternal grandparents Terry and Gerald Weiland; maternal uncles James Alan Johnson & Jerry Lee Weiland; paternal grandparents Steve and Ruth Gill; paternal aunt Sandy Rogers, her son Kevin Seals, and her great granddaughter, Lucille Abigail Combs; paternal aunt, Charlotte Gillie and her son Jamie Harvey; paternal cousin Micah Asher; and his paternal cousin, JR Boggs.
We will hold a celebration of life from 3:30pm to 7:30pm, on February 25th, 2024 and will be located at 6901 Stillwell Beckett Rd, Oxford, OH 45056. The celebration of life will include a food and non-alcoholic beverages. Just after sundown, we plan to hold an outdoor ceremony in honor of Jeremy. We ask that you write down some memories and stories of Jeremy on a piece of paper along with your name and relationship to Jeremy. These will be preserved, and given to his children.
