Jeremy's obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jeremy Aka "Kyzer" Brice. Born on January 11, 1981, Jeremy transitioned from this world on May 5, 2025.
Known to many as "Kyzer"Jeremy was an individual of great charisma and wit; someone who knew how to light up a room with his humour and intelligence while captivating the attention of anyone who came in contact with his gift for rapping. He was passionate and sincere, not just about his creativity/ music, but passionate about his friends and family as well. We will remember Jeremy for his unique personality and the wisdom he shared, especially his belief in relentlessly pursuing dreams while extending help to others on the journey.
Jeremy was a proud alumnus of Iona College where he graduated in 2003 with honors, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelors degree in Accounting . He had an eclectic taste for all kinds of foods and a special fondness for sports, particularly basketball. In his spare time, he could often be found playing basketball, making music at the studio, or hanging with his friends. His vivacious spirit echoed in each note he rapped while his unique style of dress was one many admired.
Avidly engaging in the music scene, Jeremy was an ardent fan of JAY Z, even regarding the artist's performances as some of his favorite to watch. The neighbourhood fondly recalls Jeremy's tunes resonating throughout the streets of Flatbush Brooklyn and on the radio where he made his staple as an artist. Flatbush Brooklyn, where he grew up, was one of his favorite places to make memories as he immersed himself in his talent, grabbing the attention of a talent Manager from Sony records as well as Infamous Djs such as Fat Moon scoop who helped produce his Rap Mixtape.
Jeremy was deeply caring and engaged in causes that meant the most to him. His compassion extended, notably, toward supporting and promoting basketball as a constructive and influential activity for the youth. His heart was as large as his personality, always looking out for people and causes in need.
Jeremy leaves to mourn relatives including his Uncle Ray, Aunt Loya, Aunt Rosa and lots of cousins including Alecia, Vannah, Ana, Hannibal, Shaquille, Kameisha, Joshua, Harmony, John, Ivan, Cyreeta, and Solomon among others.
Please assist the family as every effort is made to complete final arrangements. We offer our heartfelt condolences to them in this time of grief.
