Remembering my friend, Jenna, always brings a smile to my face and a laugh to my heart.

One of my many memories is the years we spent making "korv" (Swedish sausage) from scratch. We would mix the meats and vegetables and stuff the mixture into links with Jenna's machine. Each year we would change up the seasonings for each batch so we would have quite a variety. We had so much fun! And this was absolutely the best korv ever - in our humble opinion.
