Jennifer Lynn Padelford, 65, of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2025.

Jennifer was a kind, witty, and compassionate woman who loved deeply and gave freely. Her life was defined by her love of animals—especially her rescue cats—and her dedication to fostering and protecting them. She was active in environmental groups and found great joy in nature, often spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Jennifer was the proud mother of her son, Sam (Allison), and a loving grandmother to Olivia, Vincent, Bennett, and Ruby. Her grandchildren brought her endless joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them. She was also known for her quick sense of humor, her unwavering kindness, and the warm friendships she nurtured throughout her life.

A private memorial will be held at a later date to honor Jennifer’s life.
