Jennifer Marie Hart passed away on September 6, 2019 at age 34 - Jennifer was a very caring and God loving young girl, she is now an Angel of God and is watching over us all. She loved her family so much and because of her illness she never thought she was. Jennifer you will always be in our hearts and we love you and miss you, you are no longer suffering and in no more pain. You are in peace and so are we knowing you are in the heavens above, so happy and relieved. In Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
