Jenny's obituary
Jennifer Leigh Cranford, our little sis, took her last breath on this earth and went ahead of us by a little while, to her real home in Heaven. Now she begins her real life, where she is more fully alive than she's ever been. During her life here, she loved working with stained glass, taking pictures, and she loved to cook and share her culinary creations with everyone around her, from her neighbors, to the mechanics who fixed her car, to the homeless...Jenny just loved to help anyone, if she could. She also loved to tell jokes and make anyone she met laugh with her sarcasm and funny (sometimes slightly inappropriate) comments. If you know, you know. Jenny was fearless when it came to facing cancer and whatever the outcome might be...she knew what and Who would be waiting to greet her after her final breath here. She fought her good fight, and now she is free. Her battle is over and she gets to lay down her weapons and spend the rest of her days rejoicing, and dancing, and feasting to her heart's delight in the presence of our precious, loving Savior. Her many friends and family who preceded her arrival are all so happy to see her and are rejoicing with her! Jenny wouldn't want us to be sad, but would want us to know that Jesus paid the highest price, and gave it as a free gift to her and anyone who would recieve it, so we could be with Him forever and ever. She would hope that if you haven't asked Jesus to be your Lord and Savior, that you would. She'd love to be part of the crowd that greets you when you get to Heaven, too. She might even get to hand you one of her famous Reuben sandwiches. We miss you already, Jenny, but we will see you again, thanks to what Jesus did at the cross for us.

For this is how God loved the world: He gave His one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16
...and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; these things have passed away. Revelation 21:4
"When we've been there 10,000 years, bright shining as the sun, we've no less days to sing God's praise, than when we'd first begun." -Amazing Grace
