My mom had a heart that never passed by an animal in need. Strays seemed to find her wherever she went, and she always found room, whether in her home or her heart for one more. Over the years, she took in many unwanted, abused, and neglected cats and dogs, giving them safety, patience, and unconditional love.

She believed every animal deserved a chance, a full bowl, a warm place to sleep, and someone who would never give up on them.

Donating to an animal shelter in her memory is a way to continue something she did quietly and selflessly. It honors her compassion, her generosity, and the countless animals that were better because of her.
