Jeffrey Howard Weltzien, 63, passed away on Saturday March 30th, 2024, at his home in West Allis, WI.

Jeff was born in Elgin, IL on March 1st, 1961, and was adopted by Howard and Marilyn Weltzien. He graduated from Larkin High School in Elgin in 1979. Jeff worked ever since he could remember and just recently went into retirement before passing. He had a love for cars and bonded with his 2 sons over this passion.

Jeff is preceded in death by his parents Howard and Marilyn Weltzien, his sister Julie Finley and friend Dave Wagner.

Jeff is survived by his Girlfriend: Kathy Meade, his sons: Brian and Eric (Abby) Weltzien and 1st wife: Dawn Weltzien.

Jeff loved to tell stories about the good times he shared with friends and his time growing up in Elgin and always loved a good meal! That is why the family will have a celebration of life for Jeff at Jimmy's Char House in Elgin and invite friends and family to come out and share their stories as well as a meal.
