Jeff was kind, encouraging, funny/silly and a hard worker. His music knowledge was monumental. You could hear him singing along with Muzak down the hall in all octaves from different genres. He would come to the Bakery Freezer singing and ready to tell a story on the history of the song. The story was usually fiction mixed with some facts about the song. He would incorporate surrounding partners in the story and by the time he finished, he had you somewhat believing it was true and belly laughing. There are songs that come on and automatically, we think of Jeff. He made it all look so easy and fun, whether, it was breaking down the truck, placing a order, or arranging the bakery freezer. He truly cared about people and work. That’s why he was a signature partner. He would be so busy but then have enough time to ask how we were truly doing or ask about your family. Family was his favorite topic. He would tell you about his wife, kids, siblings, pups and the grandchildren. With a huge smile he would fill you in what he had planned or what he did with the family. If we asked him how he was, he would say that he was great. He would assure us that when it’s was his time, then it was his time. Only thing is when that time came we weren’t ready. Him being gone is really felt throughout the store and we are heartbroken. We were so lucky and blessed to have known him. My husband and daughter, also, worked with Jeff. It was truly touching when I finally got to meet his wife and she recognized our names. He brought us home with him. We were important enough for us be mentioned to his world. That’s who Jeff was and he is truly missed by the Kinder’s, customers and the partners.

Condolences to his family, always thought he was one hell of a good looking man & whoever he fell in love with would be a lucky woman.
