It is with a heavy heart that I share with you the passing of Jeff Stemper, a long time resident of Parkfield, born and raised in Paso Robles, California. On Saturday February 19th, 2022, Jeff closed his eyes one last time and went peacefully while he slept. Jeff was 56 years old and living his best life.
