Jeffrey Michael Marshall, age 53, passed away Saturday, December 2, 2023, at his home in Des Moines.

Jeff was born March 9, 1970, in Davenport, Iowa to Michael and Colleen (Wilkins) Marshall. He was an avid sports fan, especially the Iowa Hawkeye and the Pittsburg Steelers. He was a dedicated member of the Des Moines Steelers Fan Club, getting together every game day with the Club to cheer them on. He loved all dogs and cherished his Springer Spaniels, Argyle and Murphy. He enjoyed playing darts and video games, and could quote dialogue from Friends for every occasion.

He is survived by his sons, Ryan and Jared, along with their mother and recently divorced spouse, Sarah; his parents, Mike and Colleen Marshall; numerous aunts, uncles, and their families; his brother, Greg (Kristin) Marshall and their children, Collin, Chase, and Kayley; his former father-in-law, David Dix; his former sisters-in-law, Amy (Gabriel) and Mary (Joel); and many nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.

Jeff was preceded in death by aunts, uncles, and his former mother-in-law, Karen Dix.

Cremation will occur and there will be no formal services at this time. A celebration of life will be held in Davenport at a later date. Please check back for more details.
