Jeffrey David Kisor


It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jeffrey David Kisor, who passed away on May 18, 2025, at OHSU Hospital in Portland, Oregon, at the age of 48.

Jeff was born on November 8, 1976, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Portland, Oregon, to Charles Leonard Kisor and Debra Jean Edwards. He grew up in Hillsboro and graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1995.

Jeff will be remembered for his easygoing spirit and love of life. He enjoyed golfing, spending time with friends, and sharing the company of his beloved dog, Tucker.

He is survived by his sister, Lisa Stultz, and her husband, Vince Stultz, as well as extended family and friends who will deeply miss him.

Jeff’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
