Jeff's obituary

On July 5, 2025, we lost Jeffrey "Jeff" Louis Delvaux, a wonderful Man, Husband, Brother, Friend, Dad, Grandpa and Opa.

Jeff had a full and wonderful life.

Jeff was born May 3, 1959, in Green Bay Wisconsin to Ralph and Faye Delvaux. Jeff was born and raised in Green Bay and bled Green & Gold.

Jeff joined the United States Army in 1977 where he met his beautiful wife of 43 years, Monica Ottusch. They married on October 2, 1982, and had two sons: Nicholas Andrew Delvaux and Matthew Jon Delvaux.

Jeff had a long career in the army where he was a military police officer and worked with the military canines as a kennel master and an explosive handler until he retired in 1997. His service to his country did not end with the military as he carried on in law enforcement, starting as a Deputy Sheriff in Denver, Colorado until 2003 and working for US customs from 2008 until he retired in 2019.

Jeff was known by many names, but his favorites were Grandpa and Opa. Some of his favorite people called him these special names – his grandchildren – Nicole Delvaux, Michelle Delvaux, Ginny Delvaux and James Delvaux.

Jeff will always be remembered for his dedication to his Country and his Green Bay Packers and his Family; along with his long battle, against all the odds, with health issues stemming back to 2017.

Jeff has been survived by his:

Wife: Monica

Sons: Nicholas (Samantha) and Matthew (Bri)

Grandchildren: Nicole, Michelle, Ginny, James

Siblings: Tom (Brenda), Kathy (Dale), Karen (Mike), Mike (Mary), Dave

(Traci), Cindy, Sue, Adam, Pete
