Jeffrey's obituary
Leaves behind father Bill Cooper, siblings Cynthia, Debbie and Richard Cooper, sons - Haydn and James Larsen-Cooper and fiancé Kimberly Cook and her two children Michael and LoriAnn Barton
Jeff also leaves hundreds of friends and business associates that meant a great deal to him in life. An Arizona native Jeff was special to many - he helped people, he was kind and he did not judge. He was not always perfect but he had grown into the kindest soul anyone had ever known.
