My name is Rudy Vasquez and I was Jeffrey's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts instructor. Jeffrey had just started his martial arts journey with us and immediately made such and amazing and positive impact on all of us! He was always respectful, motivated and hard working! My wife, daughter and son-in-law all help run our martial arts academy are in shock and disbelief at Jeffrey's sudden and premature passing, our deepest condolences and prayers go out to you, the family and friends closest to Jeffrey, may God's spirit, grace, love and peace that surpasses all understanding be with you all. (Philippians 4:7)
My condolences for everyone close to Jeffrey. He was a strong, respectful and talented person. I knew him for a short time, but enough to understand the good person he was. It was possible to see his abilities right after joining combat classes. I’m sure that other people missed him just like I did when he stopped coming into the trainings. Sorry for your loss.

I was devastated to hear that Jeffrey had passed so suddenly and unexpectedly. Although I had only known Jeffrey for a short amount of time, what I knew of him was that he was a very respectful, understanding and caring person. Know that Jeffrey was a friend and family.

Mo and Christine.

I was floored when I heard the news of Jeffrey's passing. What a wonderful person to lose so young. I had  only known him for a few months.  He trained Jiu-Jitsu with me and my family and was an amazing natural talent, with a very deep respect for the safety of others. His ability to befriend everyone and his instant respect and empathy, was a very rare gift in our world of today. So much amazing potential in one human being, gone before his time. May he rest peace, proud of all of the lives he had such a positive and rewarding effect on. I and many others will miss him. Please accept my heartfelt condolences for your loss.
Although I haven't seen Jeffrey since the move to Texas (except the stunning Facebook photos!), memories of wrestling trips and Lake Powell always make me smile! So sad for family and friends that  won't enjoy future memories, but pray that those from the past give some comfort at this terrible time.
