Jeffrey was born on march 29th 1950 to marles and vincent clemens[ ,
He was 2nd oldest of 5 brothers and 2 sisters Colleen, Katie , todd, greg, Mark & frank
pops served the military in Vietnam ,
And raised all his family as a driver he
He had an awesome sense of humor,
And he like to boat and fish
He is survived by his daughter and son
Melanie & Andrew
And grand children Melissa, leo
Jasmine, Darrius, Alonso, jajaun,
