I first saw and met Jeff snowmobiling one time many years ago.  Snowmobiled with him a number of times over the years and every time we went with him he always said something that made me laugh! I will never forget the time in the 1990's when he taught me how to water ski behind his wave runner at lake McConaughy, that was very fun times.  What a great and fun guy he was.  I certainly will miss him!

Jeff was one of a kind.  He lived life to the fullest, an amazing perspective.  I owe him so much.  Thank you for seeing something in me and giving me the opportunity.

My thoughts and prayers to Connie and all the family.  He is greatly loved.  The world is diminished without Jeff in it.

We are so sad about his passing, but glad he enjoyed his life, & doing what he loved-
a lot of Snowmobile Trips, & he was So Adventurous, which was kinda scary, but FUN!

Dear Connie and Family,  We are very sad to hear the news of Jeff's death.  On the other hand, we feel so fortunate that we got to know him in his event filled lifespan!  It was in 1966 that Al met Jeff at Fort Lewis , Washington, as part of an ROTC program.  Over the years our families kept contact and spent very enjoyable time together.  Jeff will be missed by so many.  His adventurous spirt and big heart endure.   Hugs and best wishes to the entire Clark Family, Al and Tracy Brandi
Dr. Clark was a gifted surgeon and a patient teacher.  I am so grateful for his instruction.  He was masterful at using humor to teach.  Blessed repose.  Eternal memory.

I will forever remember the Hammond/Clark Lake Powell trips that I was lucky enough to be a part of. Jeff was always sure to take Summer and I out for a spin on the tube - always testing our ability to hold on. We rarely could! Jeff taught us the thrill and adventure of life and I will forever be grateful for that! Sending my love to Connie, Amy, Jason, and Aaron.  With love, Marisa (Phillips) Hollman
Jeff was my best friend for 75 years. We met in kindergarten & remaintained  close friends. I can't count all the great adventures he led me on. He will be dearly missed. May God bless him.
