It is with profound sadness that the family of Jeffrey "Jeff" Bartels announce his peaceful passing on January 17, 2024. Jeff died of lung cancer due to his exposure to Agent Orange while serving the army in Vietnam. Born on September 12, 1948, Jeff touched countless lives with his calm, observant, and caring nature. He was a truly special man- if you met him, you loved him.
