My dear friend died on 11/15/2019 the mortuary will not release him so he can be burried in Dixon untill there services are paid for my friend has no family I have been truelly by his side and the only one by his side for the last two yrs he was american soilder and wanted to be burried in dixion we were hopeing for more time to get this figured out and payed for but it was real hard for us to talk about. So we kept putting it off his family doesn't want anything to do with him and really it's not fare all my friend asked for was a plot in dixion and the military is going to transfer him and pay for his buiral but they won't pay for the mortuary services in oliverst CA pls help see that this american soilders last wishes comes true pls
