Beloved father of marshall winkler 15, passed unexpectedly passed Oct. 1, 2024 while he son was at school. Jeffery winkler aged 40 was a great father to his son. He was a loving and caring son to Timothy m. Winkler of georgia. And to his mother and step father nate and nora jacobs . Jeffery was a huge animal lover, his dog Lanny he called, his best friend. And she was. During his life all he ever wanted to be was a United States marine. After finishing School early he entered the Maine corp. One very proud young man. He got injured in the marine corp and was rated at 100 percent disabled. He passed on Oct 1st at home in his lovely home. As far as we know he passed from an enlarged heart that led to a heart attack. We are planning a memorial type service with full honors from marine corp including the gun salute and flag for his son and father. I will forever miss my true best friend, and honor him any way I can. His son now living in mo.till he is of age and can come. Please keep in your prays he can use strength and understanding of his new world. God bless
