Jeffrey Lee Solomon, 66, passed away Monday, March 23, 2020, after being struck by a car while walking his dog Shana. He had an infinite amount of love for his children and grandchildren. He was an avid outdoorsman and inspired his children's love of nature. He is survived by his sons Matthew and Rusty, his daughters Michelle and Kristin, his sister Arlene and her family, and his grandchildren Holden, Justin, Anthony, and Audrey. Dad was always quick to make a joke (appropriate or not) and an avid Redskins fan. For better or worse his children wouldn't be the people they are today without him and life will certainly be different without him. He was always the first person to offer to help and would give everything for his family and friends. He loved his westerns, his Star Trek, horses, crabs, his dog and most of all his family. Dad's wishes have always been to be spread in the Potomac or the Chesapeake Bay but there are no arrangements set at this point. The family is collecting money to contribute to a water conservation project in his name.
