I am so sorry we have lost Jeff. I am devastated! He was always a happy go lucky. For those of us that were fortunate to know him, he (and Shana) will be dearly missed. I think of Jeff every time I walk my dog and pass apartment. Until we meet again, Rest In Peace my/our friend! Tami and Phillip from 2211 Grand Isle.
