Jeffery Lee Saltmarsh, 60, of Central Point, OR, passed away unexpectedly on October 18, 2022 at his home.

Jeffery was born on December 3, 1961, to Melvin and Beverly (Robison) Saltmarsh. After graduating from Crater high school, he then worked as a meat cutter for many years. He then went to work for SD 6 in Central Point as a custodian. His last work site was at Sam's Valley Elementary school. He truly loved working with the children and staff there. Jeffery was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his brother Mark of Central Point, OR. He is also survived by two stepchildren from a previous marriage and step-grandson Bryce, who he was especially fond of.

Jeff loved the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved to garden and created amazing landscapes. He was a creative and artistic man. He had a wonderful sense of humor and a quick wit. He was fun loving and always ready to help others. His many friends and family mourn his loss and miss him deeply.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Friends and family are welcome to post memories and pictures to share with others.
