Jeffery L. Pate was born to eternal life on October 19, 2020 at the age of 53. He is survived by his children Maggie E. Pate and K.C. Juskowiak. Preceded in death by his parents Gail (née Wilhelm) Pate and Ernest Pate. Also survived by his sister Jennifer (Brad) Bailey, his niece Sara Bailey, his nephew Nate Bailey, his stepmother Janet Pate and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Jeff was a graduate of St. Hubert Catholic School, Hartford Union High School and a lifelong resident of Washington County. Private interment at St. Hubert Cemetery, Hubertus, Wisconsin.

Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord; and let perpetual light shine upon them. May their souls and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
