Jeff Russell, 79, of Jamestown, TN, passed away on July 21, 2023. He is survived by his wife, Neva Jean Russell; children, Tammy Garrett & husband Steve, Jill Weatherell & husband Michael, and Rex Russell & wife Wendy; grandchildren, Hannah & Emily Weatherell, Nikki & Jeff Russell, Tammara Garrett, Ashley Littrell; great-grandchildren, William & Seth Helbig, and a host of other family and friends.
The Jennings Funeral Chapel of Jamestown, TN, is in charge of services held on July 26, at 2:00 pm, with graveside services afterward at Memory Gardens of Allardt, TN.
