Obituary
Jeffery Chapman passed away May 28, 2019. He is survived by his loving wife, Michele, and two children, Alexis and Jack, as well as his mother, Carolyn, and sister, Kristin.
Jeff was a graduate of Severn School and Ohio State University, where he and Michele met.
