Background
Hello, my name is Thomas Matthew Budd. Jeff Banks a dear friend of mine passed away suddenly this morning and unfortunately, I found Mr. Banks in his apartment today around 9:35 A.M. And the family is burdened with the Funeral cost and arrangements. Jeff was a nice and kind individual, but he had a lot of health issues and Jeff struggled a bunch. Jeff was down to earth and easy to get along with. Jeff Banks is also a Christian and he had a deep seated faith in God. And more than anything else Family was important to Jeff. May He Rest In Peace And May God protect Him.
