Jearl Dean Powell was born on August 18, 1962 in Helena, Arkansas. His parents are George Powell Jr. and Arneste Williams.
She died on December 2, 1962, in her hometown within a year of her birth.
Jearl was preceded in death by her brother: Lorenzo Powell, brother: Leroy Powell and grand father: Jettie Williams who was born in Georgia and died in Phillips County, St. Francis Township in the city of Helena, Arkansas.
Jordan Funeral Home in Helena, Arkansas held services. She had a burial on December 8, 1962 in St. Peter Cemetery located in Helena, Arkansas.
Jearl is survived by her parents and host of family and friends to mourn her passing.
