Background
On April 16, 2026, we lost our mom, Jeannie Sanders, a woman who gave everything she had to the people she loved. For over 50 years, Jeannie fought Multiple Sclerosis with grace and strength, all while raising five children, opening her home to countless young people who needed a safe place to land, and pouring more love into the world than most people could imagine. Even when there was barely enough for her own family, she made sure no one went hungry and no one felt unloved.
On August 15, 2026, her 75th birthday, we will lay her to rest in Kennebunk, Maine alongside her parents and her son Adam. Before we say goodbye, we want to give her the celebration she deserves: one that honors the full, beautiful, hard-won life she lived.
We are raising $5,000 to bring her family and the many people whose lives she touched together for a celebration of life worthy of the woman she was. Any contribution, no matter the size, means the world to us and to her memory. Contribute
