Jeanne (Prior) O’Leary, 70, left this world peacefully on October 17th at her home in Alpharetta, GA after a courageous 10-month battle with lung cancer.

Jeanne was born on June 9, 1953, in Arlington, MA, to her late parents, John and Doris Prior. She met her husband of 47 years, Dennis, working at New England Life Insurance Company in Boston. They settled in Medfield, MA for 30 years where they raised their three daughters.

Jeanne was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She loved spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals for her family. Jeanne always prioritized spending time with her loved ones, especially her seven grandchildren. She could light up any room and brought joy to everyone around her. Her fun-loving nature and vibrant personality will be remembered by all who knew her.

Jeanne is survived by her beloved husband, Dennis; three daughters and sons-in-law, Jackie (Alex) Frick, Megan (Dave) DiMaulo, and Kerri (Ryan) Cunningham; seven grandchildren, Emma, Lexi, Mason, Kyleigh, Tessa, Callie, and Cash; and siblings John Prior, Tom Prior, Larry Prior, and Sheila Coleman.

A funeral service to honor Jeanne’s life will be held on November 11, 2023, at 10 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Alpharetta, GA. Friends and family are invited to attend and pay their respects.
