It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanne Kay Gerencir, who peacefully passed away on April 23, 2025 at Angles Grace Hospice in Oconomowoc WI. Born on January 25, 1947, Jeanne lived a fulfilling life full of love, grace, and kindness.

Jeanne was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her loving husband of many years, Bruce Gerencir. The beautiful bond they shared was admired by everyone who knew them, a testament to an enduring love story that will continue to inspire generations.

She also leaves behind her son, Brett Gerencir. His life has been profoundly impacted by the unwavering love and guidance of his mother. Brett's wife, Ann Gerencir, was also dear to Jeanne's heart, and their relationship was characterized by mutual respect and affection.

One of Jeanne’s greatest pleasures was her role as a grandmother to Alexander & Noah Gerencir. She found immeasurable joy in his growth and achievements, and her legacy will live on through him.

Jeanne is also survived by her two sisters, Judy & Cindy, her brother, John, and all of their families

Jeanne was predeceased by her loving mother, Doris Johnson and her father Raymond. Her mother's values and life lessons were integral to the remarkable woman that Jeanne became. While they may have parted in the physical world, their bonds of love are unbroken and timeless.

Jeanne Gerencir will be remembered for her warm heart, resilience, and enduring love for her family. Her memory will forever be a beacon of love and strength for those who were fortunate enough to have known her.
