Background
Jeanette Jacques was born, raised, and lived her entire life in Bingham, Maine. She gave selflessly throughout her adulthood by volunteering as an emergency medical technician and providing public service as the Bingham Town Clerk for over 40 years, while at the same time working at her family businesses. Her desire to be a well-rounded citizen and provide public service was one her objectives to be passed on to her children, friends and citizens. Just imagine how wonderful life would be if each and every one of us would volunteer just a small amount of their time. We have created an annual college scholarship fund in memory of Jeanette Jacques to each year award an eligible Upper Kennebec Valley Memorial High School
