Jeanette's obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeanette Bryant, a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Born on December 10th, 1963, Jeanette sadly left us on January 28th, 2025, leaving the world a little less bright.

Though she is no longer physically present, her spirit lives on in her three children; daughters Toya and Alexandria Bryant, and son Phillip Bryant. Her legacy also continues through her three grandchildren Byron Williams, Kenecia Woods, and Kayce Woodson who she adored with every fibre of her being.

Jeanette has reunited in death with her mother, Flonnie Tucker, her sister, Diane Tucker-Hicks, and her granddaughter, Brianna Bryant, who we are sure received her with open arms.

Jeanette's life was a testament to the power of love and kindness, values she instilled in all who knew her. She believed that leading with love was a virtue everyone should embody. This was the best lesson she shared, and it defines her lasting legacy. She is also survived by her sister, Janice Tucker-Davis, sister-in-laws, Linda Moore and Gwendolyn Jacobs, brother-in-law, Phillip Bryant, brother, Jimmy Tucker, and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family, who can attest to Jeanette's unique blend of generosity, love, and humor.

The family invites everyone to join them on May 10th, 2025, at 3:00 PM in celebrating the life of Jeanette at 2862 W Northside Dr. Jackson, MS 39213. As Jeanette was a woman who always put others first, in lieu of flowers, the family has requested that contributions be made to the "Endometrial Cancer Action Network For African Americans" at www.everloved.com/life-of/jea….

Jeanette touched many lives with her kind, loving, nice, giving, and funny personality. Her departure leaves a void in our lives, and she will be immensely missed. Yet, we take comfort in knowing that her legacy will live on in every heart she touched.
