Jeanette Licata Albanese of Medford formally of Somerville and the North End peacefully entered into eternal rest at the age of 87 on Saturday, March 7. Jeanette is survived by her daughter Janice and son in law John Travers of Lynn and her son Domenic Albanese and wife Susan of Milford. She was a loving  grandmother to her grandchildren Gina Travers White and husband Evan, Joseph Travers and wife Courtney, Rebecca Olson and husband Neal, Kaylin Souza and husband Humphrey, and Brendan Albanese and wife Lisa. She also was thrilled to be Gigi to 7 wonderful great grandchildren. Jeanette had a very successful career as a commissioned sales person selling beautiful jewelry to many satisfied customers. After her retirement , she spent many happy years as a volunteer at the Medford Senior Center earning the honor of Volunteer of the Year from the City of Medford. Jeanette loved music, theater, flowers, and sports, but most of all she cherished the company of her family. She will be greatly missed by so many. All funeral arrangements will be private , but thoughts of Jeanette can be added to this website and greatly appreciated.
