Jean was born in Lynnwood, CA on April 5, 1958 the daughter of James Arthur Meads and Beverly (Ortez) Madonna. Jean was united to Michael Sooter in Las Vegas, NV. Before settling down in marriage, she enjoyed riding horses and barrel racing. She enjoyed being a homemaker and caring for her family, she liked coloring books, playing board games, …
