Jean Howe, loving mother and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2023. Born on May 17, 1956, Jean dedicated her life to her family, friends, and passion for helping those in need.

Throughout her life, Jean's warmth and generosity left a lasting impact on everyone she encountered. Her unwavering love and support will forever be remembered by her daughter, Christina Whitney, her son Anthony Belgarde, her loving brother CJ and sisters, 4 grandchildren Ryelee, Donovan, Jaden, and Griffey. Her closest friends were also family over many decades. 

With a caring heart and selfless spirit, Jean's memory will live on through the countless lives she touched. As we honor her life and legacy, we are reminded of the importance of love, compassion, and kindness.
