So saden to hear about the passing of Granny. As a young teenager, I never got a chance to say thank you for accepting me and Simone in your home. And showing us unconditional Love.  May your soul  Rest Peacefully In The Presence Of The Lord. 🙏

My Mom was my friend my confidant my first love my heart. I miss her so much and everyday I think about her.

She was so brave and always pushed herself to keep moving no matter what.

I love you Mom.

Yours forever

From my Mom, Aunt Jeanie's Niece Sheila.

I remember when we went to Lake Calhoun and we went jogging. She jogged and I walked and she made it back around before I made it half way around the lake. She was so energetic and full of life. I will always love her. Thank you Cheryl for taking care of our Matriarch.

With Love your Niece,

Sheila

Remembering calling Aunt Jeanie when I first moved to Arizona in 2021. She was so excited. She said that she had always wanted more family to move closer West because family was so far away and didn't get-together enough. Her energy and love for family inspired me to know more about our family roots and call her more often because her conversations gave me life.

Your Strong Loving Spirit will always be with us.

Love Always your Niece,

Lalita
