Our family regretfully announces the unexpected passing of Jazmine Renee Ortiz, who left this earth on Sunday May 29, 2022 due to substance complications. Born on July 10, 2001, Jazmine was angelic.
Her teachers described Jazmine as a beautiful - kindhearted - funny child and she was loved by her friends for her outgoing personality, kindness, and her love. Our daughter’s life was cut short, but the impression she left on the lives of others will never be forgotten.
Jazmine will live in the memories of everyone she imprinted on forever and will be missed more than words could ever describe.
