Jayne's obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jayne Boulay, a devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished friend, who slipped away peacefully on October 22, 2024. Born on March 30, 1961, Jayne left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her. She is survived by her devoted husband William Boulay, whom she married in 1997, her high-spirited daughter Alexandra Boulay, and her robust sons Moose and Harley Boulay.
Jayne was predeceased by her caring parents, John Pezzenti Sr. and Mary Jane Pezzenti. She also joins her supportive brother John Pezzenti and her ever-loving sister Joyce Pezzenti in eternal rest.
In 2004, Jayne moved to Mooresville, NC, where she enjoyed the local spots, especially Lake Norman. Her love for seafood and coffee was well-known among her friends and family. A fan of Eric Clapton's music, she also enjoyed watching TV shows like NYPD BLUE and Chicago Fire. Movies did not escape her interest; 'Replacements' was a particular favorite. A loyal supporter of the Carolina Hurricanes, Jayne also loved watching performances from Cirque De Sole.
Known for her trademark sarcasm and wit, Jayne loved spending time with friends and family. Despite her preference for exercise that didn't require movement, she was always up for a cruise to the Caribbeans, one of her favorite vacation spots. Her caring nature and generosity extended beyond her immediate circle, as she cared greatly for causes such as St Judes.
Purple was her favorite color, and she imparted the best lesson of all - how to laugh. Her legacy of kindness and generosity will forever be a testament to her beautiful soul. She will be dearly missed not only by her family but by the countless lives she touched.
As we say our final goodbyes, we find solace in the memories Jayne left us with. Her light, her laughter, and her love will eternally shine in our hearts.
