James Robert Stagi passed away as of March 17, 2023. He is survived by his husband Randy, his cat & son Angus. His mother Susie and father Jerry, his sister Scott Razor, sister Pam and Michele, and his recent half-brother, Gerry Gauer. James lived with passion following his love for urban planning which he received his Masters from UC Berkeley. James worked for Metropolitan Transportation Commission for over 15 years, building relationships with not only …
