Left to honor Jay and remember his love are his loving siblings, David Taylor, John Taylor, and Brandy Simmons. His stepmother, Tonya Taylor, also survives him, providing him with unwavering love and support throughout his years. Jay's dear Aunt, Linda Taylor, remains to share the cherished memories that they created together.

Jay was predeceased by his beloved parents, Roger and Sue Taylor, who undoubtedly instilled in him the lightheartedness and joy that radiated from him. Now, they are reunited, and we find comfort in knowing that Jay is in their loving arms once more.
