Heartfelt condolences to Kim, Johnny Wade and the rest of the family. 

 Jay Don is remembered fondly at our house as he introduced Scott to oysters and Cajun food in Louisiana back in the day.  Growing up he was always a source of fun, nerve racking speed and stories.  And of course, our Aggie connection!  

Life is short, hold on to the good memories.

Jay Don was a colleague and friend of mine since 2017, when I moved to the area. Isaac Newton said, 'If I have seen further than others, it is by standing upon the shoulders of giants.' Jay Don was that giant. He taught me everything I knew and was a mentor to not only me but many others in our profession. Anyone who spoke to him could tell he had a wealth of knowledge and loved to have fun. His passing was a huge blow to me. May he rest in peace and my heartfelt condolences to his entire family.
