Background
So I want to start by saying who I am to Juan Velez I am his daughter’s daughter, which makes me his granddaughter, and with the circumstances and challenges that we are facing right now are not fair. My grandfather has two children, which one of them being my mother and the other being my uncle who made a life insurance policy that would cover all his funeral expenses and more, but unfortunately, my uncle cashed out the first policy and we didn’t have any knowledge of that. Also, he made a second policy, which doesn’t cover any of his expenses and he is also the beneficiary on the second life insurance policy. He never put my grandfather‘s wife on the policy nor his sister on the policy and he is not willing to help us pay to bury him because those were my grandfather‘s wish wishes I would really appreciate it. Any little thing would really help us. Juan villas was 84 years old and lived in Hartford Connecticut. He passed away on January 25, 2025 after a fatal heart attack. Juan Villa was born on September 8, 1940. He was a very hard-working man and loving husband, father, and grandfather, leaving his surviving spouse and his family. It has been really hard for us to cope, but all I want is to remember him how he was and not how he left us.
