Jason William Romero, 45, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away unexpectedly on July 5, 2025.

Jason was born and raised in Albuquerque, the beloved son of June and William Romero. He is survived by his parents; sisters Tanya Baca (Mark) and Angela Romero; his nieces Ariana, Rayna, and Marissa; and his nephew Mark Anthony.

Jason had a fiery spirit, a sharp mind, and a heart full of big ideas. He was known for his sense of humor, his creativity, and the passion he brought to everything that sparked his interest. He loved to dream, to invent, and to imagine what was possible. His journey through life was not an easy one, but he remained loved by his family and will be remembered for the light he brought in his younger years.

A private service will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jason’s memory to organizations supporting addiction recovery.
